Everyone has a personal challenge (or more than one) they face day-to-day. Whether it’s a physical limitation like mobility, injury, or flexibility; mental or emotional challenges like anxiety and depression; or something more deeply personal; we all struggle in one way or another.

This program is designed to help students find ways to identify, address, and, over time, surmount the challenges present in their daily lives. By implementing techniques like meditation, pranayama, and focused asana sequences, the program presents students with a healthy, holistic modality for managing these common stressors.
