Aerial Yoga Level I

This class will build on the foundations gained in Aerial Intro and reinforce the placement of the 7 fundamental wraps, explore gravity-assisted alignment in yoga postures, deepen postures using traction from the fabric, and improve upper body and grip strength by incorporating many pulling variations. Students will see how aerial yoga is able to enhance and complement their mat-based practice.

Please note that due to the limited spots in aerial class and due to the high demand, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25 or a class will be deducted from your pack.
