Dynamic Hatha

Dance along the edge between movement and stillness in this dynamic, fluid hatha-style class. Students will spend as much time focusing on the space between the asanas (poses) as they do on the asanas themselves. Alignment, strength, and stillness meet flexibility and fluidity while students cultivate mindfulness and presence on the mat and in their bodies. Perfect for students of all levels—more experienced students will find space to explore new depth in their existing practice, while newer students will have a chance to learn safe alignment and practice challenging asanas without the rush of a fast-paced flow. Some familiarity with asanas and terminology is strongly recommended, but this class is open to both new and established students of all experience levels.
