Aerial Yoga: Flow, Stretch, Restore

Join us for a new and different aerial practice. No flips or tricks and no prior experience required. Begin by allowing your body to be guided through a slow flow to bring movement into the body. Once the body is warm, seamlessly, shift into a series of deep and gentle stretches. Finally, let your body relax into a restorative pose or two before you melt into a blissful savanna. This class is great for beginners and advanced aerial yogis.

Please note that due to the limited spots in aerial class and due to the high demand, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $25 or a class will be deducted from your pack.
