Rise and Shine Yoga Conditioning

Start your day with a dose of movement designed to boost your strength and stamina. Caffeinate your sun salutations with cardio and dynamic strength drills. Move with mindfulness through sequences that target all major muscles in your body. We will use a blend of traditional yoga poses, resistance training, and high intensity interval training to leave you feeling energized and empowered to take on your day!

*This is an all-levels class but be prepared to move and possibly break a sweat!
