Hatha Flow

Get ready to slow your flow down for this yoga practice. This class is geared towards the principles of Sthira and Sukha {strength and ease}. You'll be guided to use your breath and body to mindfully engage your muscles, strengthen and promote flexibility, and build smooth transitions. Beginning with static postures to encourage alignment, muscle memory, and endurance, we will then maintain a Dirgha breath to gracefully link the movements together. Music is at a moderate level and will assist you in finding your own rhythm and movement. You can expect full body engagement including floor work, standing postures, twists, folds, backbends, foundations for arm balances, etc with emphasis on repetition and finding your ease.

Beginner/Intermediate ~ use of props and modifications available.
