Join us for a pop up All Levels Vinyasa Class. Vinyasa yoga connects individual poses in a series of flowing sequences of movement designed to open your body and build to more advanced postures as your practice unfolds. The practice culminates with a sense of connection and ease. This class will include standing, seated and supine poses. This class is meant for all levels of experience, flexibility, and strength.
